Sambor Prei Kuk

Description

Sambor Prei Kuk is the archaeological site that richness of the forest” in the Khmer language, has been identified as Ishanapura, the capital of the Chenla Empire that flourished in the late 6th and early 7th centuries. However Sambor Prei Kuk also has the small temple that sounding by Prei Kuk was Built by Isanavarman I, king of the Chenla Empire, the seventh-century ruins are an important piece of Cambodian history that predates the Angkorian period.
