How to get to Koh Thmei?
Koh Thmei Island is a 3-minute swim from Ream National Par. Whichever way you travel either from Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville ask the driver to let you out
in Ou Chamnar (Bat Kokir). From there it is easy to hire a moto (2 USD) to take you to Koh Kchhang Fishing Village due to Prie of Koh Thmei Island at there so you should inform them before your arrival time they will arrange their boat to taking you at there with the price 12.50$ not including the return boat.
