One of the biggest ferris wheel in Cambodia will be lunch in Siem Reap province. The project was named Angkor Eye which is joint by Japanese firm CQ Amenic Co and a local partner. CQ Amenic Co currently has 13 giant ferris around the world, and The Angkor Eye Ferris wheel will be the fourteenth project among them.

It was started construct since 7, July 2019, and take around 6 months to finish the project. By late of this year, a $7.2-million Ferris wheel will completely available for both local and foreigner visitors to ride.

Giant Ferris wheel will be constructed in Svay Dongkom commune’s Box Ville complex in Siem Reap, the structure will rise 85 metres height. It has 48 cabins, and able to carry 192 people at a time.

“It will help promote Khmer culture to tourists from around the world who visit Siem Reap. It will also play an important role in establishing new tourism products to attract tourists,” Mr Seyha said.
